About This Trip

The Journey in One Look.

Badrinath temple in the mountains

Fourteen days and thirteen nights, on one set departure ex Kochi in the temple season. Return economy class flights between Kochi and Delhi are included, with meet and greet at the airports, and the road is covered in a semi-pushback AC deluxe coach or similar, with the AC off on hill stretches as hill rules require. Entry tickets are included as per the itinerary, along with veg meals as per the day plans and one litre of drinking water per person per day. Two days are trek days — 6 kilometres to Yamunotri and 21 kilometres each way at Kedarnath, with pony or doli at your own cost — and the Kedarnath night is spent at the dham itself on sharing or dormitory basis. An experienced tour manager from Fortune Tours travels with the group. This is a domestic yatra, so a valid photo ID takes the place of a passport.

    No Passport Needed

The Chardham yatra is a domestic journey, so no passport or visa is needed.

  • 02

    Carry a Photo ID

Every traveller carries a valid government photo ID for the flights.

  • 03

    Yatra Registration

Current yatra registration formalities are completed with the desk's guidance before departure.

  • 04

    Insurance Worth Having

Travel insurance is not included, so anyone wanting cover arranges their own, and on this route it is worth having.
