Day by Day
Dubai by daylight and a Marina yacht night, Miracle Garden and a desert safari, the Burj Khalifa and Global Village, and a full Abu Dhabi day.

The group assembles at Cochin International Airport for the early-morning Air Arabia flight, lands at Sharjah, and meets our local representative for the drive into Dubai. After breakfast, the city tour opens wide: a drive along Dubai Creek, a stop at one of the city's most photographed mosques, time at Jumeirah Public Beach, a pass by the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and the photo stop at the Burj Al Arab, the sail-shaped icon rising 321 metres over the coastline. The route runs out along Palm Island to its crescent, where the Atlantis hotel spreads across the horizon. Check in after lunch, and as night falls, step aboard a private yacht for a glide along Dubai Marina, with the lit skyscrapers doubling in the black water.
Dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Dubai. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
The morning belongs to Miracle Garden, where more than 45 million flowers bloom in arches, towers and full-size shapes on what was open desert — a place that runs only through the cooler months. After lunch, the 4x4s head out for the desert safari, riding the dunes with photo stops and pausing on the sand for sunset. At the campsite come camel rides, sand boarding, henna and tea, then a barbecue dinner under the lights with a belly-dance performance and a campfire burning under the stars.
Overnight in Dubai. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
The Burj Khalifa, the tallest man-made structure on earth and the centrepiece of Downtown Dubai, with entry high into the tower where the whole city arranges itself below and the desert and sea run to opposite horizons. Later, the evening opens at Global Village in Dubailand, a vast festival ground of pavilions, food, shows and shopping drawn from dozens of countries, glowing brightest after dark.
Dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Dubai. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Check out for the full day in Abu Dhabi, the capital and by far the largest of the emirates, about two hours from Dubai. The day's centrepiece is the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the largest mosque in the UAE, its white domes and marble courts unlike anything else on the route. The tour passes the Jebel Ali Port and Free Zone and the Shatti Palace, runs the skyscraper-lined corniche, and visits the Presidential Palace, Qasr Al Watan, with a photo stop at the Emirates Palace Hotel, the Heritage Village, Etihad Square and the Date Market, before crossing to Saadiyat and Yas Island for the Ferrari World photo stop. After shopping time, a late-night transfer reaches Abu Dhabi Airport for the return flight.
Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
The flight lands at Cochin Airport, carrying sweet memories of the Fortune Tours Dubai tour.
